Park Like Campus
FASNY’s plan is to create a low-density PARK-LIKE CAMPUS, clustering development on the lower part of the Site to maximize the preservation of open space.
Clustering development only adds 125,000 square feet of new building footprint
FASNY’s plan calls for retrofitting the existing buildings on the Property, as well as adding several new buildings to ultimately house a maximum of 1,200 students:
• Existing Clubhouse and Annex buildings to be renovated for the High School and Central Administration Office
• New Middle School building
• New Physical Education and Performing Arts building shared by Middle School and Upper School
• New Lower School building for Nursery, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Grades 1 through 5
